  • Partnered with another law firm to represent a state government at the Supreme Court in SC. No. SC/20/2008 between Attorney General of Lagos State V. Attorney General of the Federation & 35 others: a landmark constitutional case on the legality of the Value Added Tax Act Cap VI, LFN, 2004.
  • Successfully defended a winding up petition on behalf of the respondent in Suit No. FHC/L/CS/408/10 between Bank PHB Plc V. Vono Products Plc.
  • Secured a favourable judgment and settlement of properties in favour of a client in a highly contentious divorce case.
  • Successfully defended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Petition No. NA/LEGH/EPT/L/9/2011 between Cosmas I.B. Okoli & ANOR V. Ganiyu Tunji Olukolu & ORS.
  • Currently involved in the recovery of over N6 billion from a Nigerian Bank. The sum being the proceeds the bank realized from the illegal sale of 241,579,284 units of shares (in a first generation bank) belonging to a client.
  • Successfully secured the release of the MT ‘Blue Gas’ in Suit No. FHC/L/CS/542/10 between the owners of the AHT ‘Divine Mercy’ V. the MT ‘Blue Gas’.
  • Successfully defended the release of MT ‘Awero’ and MT ‘Blue Gas’ at the Court of Appeal in Appeal No.CA/L/999/10 between Aracruz Trading Limited V. Caverton Marine Limited (owners of the MT ‘Awero’ and MT ‘Blue Gas’).
  • Successfully represented the plaintiff in a highly contentious matter on similarity of company names in Suit No. FHC/L/CS/76/2012 between Biswal Industries Limited V. Biswal Limited.
  • Successfully represented a respondent (a distinguished Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria) at the National and State House of Assembly election petition tribunal in Petition No.NA/ LEGH/EPT/L/15/15 between Mrs. Olabisi Ayodele Salis & ANOR. V. Bareehu Olugbenga Ashafa & ORS.
