We have successfully represented clients in different maritime claims as counsel to the plaintiffs or defendants, ranging from arrest of ships, release of arrested ships, enforcement of maritime liens, enforcement of subrogation rights in marine insurance amongst others.

Our firm currently acts as company secretary to cavertonrk offshore limited, a leading ship building, operation and maintenance company in nigeria.

  • Appeal No. CA/L/999/10: Aracruz Trading Limited V. Caverton Marine Limited (owners of the MT ‘Awero’ and MT ‘Blue Gas’)-Successfully defended the release of MT ‘Awero’ and MT ‘Blue Gas’ at the Court of Appeal.
