Her practice focuses on asset acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and corporate governance in capital-intensive industries across Africa.

She has played key legal advisory roles in the acquisition and divestiture of oil and gas assets in Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, Chad, Sierra Leone, Namibia, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Her in-house experience includes leading legal functions and corporate compliance for major energy and manufacturing businesses, including her tenure as General Counsel at Notore Chemical Industries Plc and Decklar Resources Inc.
