Kazim is a versatile commercial lawyer who has developed expertise in various aspects of law including conveyance, insolvency, maritime, Islamic finance, intellectual property, aviation, family and succession planning.

As a commercial lawyer, he has advised clients on a considerable number of high value transactions. He is conversant with the negotiation of conveyance and development contracts, entertainment, and intellectual property contracts. He manages the regulatory compliance requirements of several local and international firms.

As an Islamic finance practitioner, he led the development of our legal competence in Islamic finance.

He also manages nominee service functions on behalf of various companies. Kazim is an avid traveler and a passionate venture capitalist.
