Professor Muhammed Taofeeq Abdulrazaq, SAN, is a Senior consultant at Probitas Partners LLP and one of Nigeria’s foremost authorities on tax law. With over four decades of experience in tax policy, litigation, and advisory services, he has played a defining role in shaping Nigeria’s tax landscape. His career reflects deep expertise in corporate and indirect tax, tax dispute resolution, and institutional capacity building within both the private and public sectors.

A seasoned professional and respected academic, Professor Abdulrazaq has held leadership roles at three of the Big Four firms, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, and PwC and previously served as Registrar and CEO of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He has advised regulatory institutions, appeared in landmark tax cases, and remains widely cited by Nigerian courts.

Professor Abdulrazaq is also a committed educator and thought leader. He was the pioneer Provost of the CITN Tax Academy and served as the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) Endowed Professor of Tax Law at Lagos State University. He continues to bridge practice and policy by advising on legislative reforms and mentoring the next generation of tax professionals.
