Justice Titilola Ojikutu-Oshode (Rtd.) is a Consultant at Probitas Partners LLP and a retired Judge of the High Court of Lagos State, with a legal career spanning over four decades. Her work has touched critical areas of law including civil litigation, land and property law, family and probate matters, and chieftaincy disputes.

She began her legal career in London, gaining experience in maritime law before returning to Nigeria, where she practiced in commercial and general litigation. In 2001, she was appointed to the Lagos State High Court, where she served in various divisions before taking up her current leadership role as Chairman of the Standing Tribunal of Inquiry into Chieftaincy Matters, a position she has held between 2012-2022.

Justice Ojikutu-Oshode is recognized for her integrity, deep knowledge of legal systems, and her contributions to judicial training and reform. She has represented the Nigerian judiciary in several international conferences and has consistently championed structured capacity development across the justice sector.
